Meet Lalo!
Arizona Native William “Lalo” Samora has a deep love for the landscape, skies and people of the US southwest— his eyes light up every time he talks about life and times in the Sonoran Desert.
Lalo first made a name as an artist in Scottsdale, Arizona with his stunning Native crosses and sculptures, showing his work at high-end art fairs, markets and special city events.
Lalo’s work reflects the diverse cultures that shaped his upbringing and his home state, from ancient cliff dwellers to cowboys riding the range. His work is praised for its artistry, and for honoring traditional designs.
So why Designer Wine Jackets?
"I was heading to a friends house for a holiday celebration, and stopped to grab a bottle of wine. Since it was a gift, I asked the clerk if he had any special wrapping or jacket for the bottle. He offered me a brown bag wine sleeve, or a generic white plastic wine "sleeve"—and he'd toss in a bow."
"I thought, wow, a functional, fashionable designer wine bag—with a Sedona/Santa Fe vibe would make both a great gift, and/or a real cool decorative display for home wine bottles."
